so much better than material from Lot B, but their polymer resin supplier claims not to have changed anything.
In situations involving differences in material processability come up, polymer testing labs with a large amount of experience using Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) and can accurately analyze each material's DMA characteristics. If substantial differences exist between the two material's DMA properties, they could very easily explain why the materials will not process the same way.
